• Schedule: Classes held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
This Study Group is the best way to complete the California Real Estate Principles statutory requirement. Your tuition includes:
• Instructor-led study group to prep to pass your state exam the first time
• Course textbook
• Open-book final exam proctoring for correspondence course
• Upon successful completion, you will receive certification for California Real Estate Principles, fulfilling one of the three education requirements to apply for the state exam.

Study Group Dates & Proctor Schedule
Your scheduled class dates are:
March 26th, April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, May 7th
Proctored Exams:
• May 14th (6 PM - 8:30 PM)
• May 21st (6 PM - 8:30 PM) upgrade required by 4/9/2025
• May 28th (6 PM - 8:30 PM) upgrade required by 4/9/2025
Target Submit Application to DRE: May 28th, 2025 (Processing time: 4-9 weeks)

Upgrade to Pass Track Program with 10-Week Study Group & Exam Prep
For those who want additional structured support, we offer an optional upgrade to the Pass Track Program, which includes:
• **Two additional correspondence statutory courses ($150 – Regularly $289.98): **
o California Real Estate Practice
o Real Estate Finance (Recommended Elective)
• Extended 10-Week Study Group Sessions for reinforcement and in-depth review
• Real Estate Cram Courses – held once a month on Sundays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
o Upcoming cram course dates: April 27th, May 18th, June 29th
o Attend as many cram sessions as you like within 6 months to solidify your preparation.
• Exam Preparation Intensive & Playbook ($250 – Regularly $439)
o Interactive sessions using Accelerated Learning Techniques
o Attend at least twice: first, to learn effective study techniques, and again before your exam for a comprehensive review
o Course materials are provided on the first day or can be shipped for an additional charge
• Pass Track Program: Coaching through the license application and state exam process to ensure a smooth transition from coursework to licensing
