This intensive Study Group package ensures you meet the statutory requirements with comprehensive support and resources. Program Details 9-Week Pass Track Study Group: Schedule: Classes are held one night a week, either Wednesday or Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at our San Jose branch office. New classes start approximately every 8 weeks. Instructor-Led: Benefit from instructor-led study groups designed to help you complete the Principles, Practice & Elective statutory requirement. Tuition Includes: Course Materials: Textbook and open book final exam proctoring. Certification: Upon successful completion of the home-study course requirements and final exam, you will receive a certification for the statutory courses. Statutory Courses: Our program is approved by CA DRE Sponsor # S0629 and includes all three statutory requirements: California Real Estate Principles, California Real Estate Practice, and Real Estate Finance (or other elective).
