| 52/40 hours Premium Life Agent Package classroom instruction includes 40 hours of Life/Health; 12 hours Code and Ethics Pre-licensing. PLEASE NOTE 40 & 12 hour Course certification requires 100% attendance Class. Credit hours are structured in to Class Modules for example: 12 hours Ethics and Code, has three (3) modules, each module proves four (4) hours credit, must complete C 1, 2, 3; for the 40 hour product knowledge there are nine (9) modules, each module provides four (4) hours credit L/H 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 & 9 all modules must be completed for certificate of completion to be issued and reported as completed with Ca. Department of Insurance.
